Three members of LRD-The Big Idea have passed their IPA Foundation Certificate. Account manager Adie Roussel, account executive Hannah Willson and creative James Le Tissier took their exams earlier this year after a comprehensive study period looking at the brand communications process, from its position in marketing through to the final execution. The online learning programme is designed to provide junior industry people with knowledge to perform their roles with confidence and expertise.

'This is the 10th anniversary year of the certificate and we are confident that this process will ultimately benefit our clients as they will receive the best possible service from our team. The course also looks at brand communications across different disciplines so our team get to see the bigger picture and not just in their chosen area. I believe that this process allows them to maximise their understanding of how their job fits into the overall strategy and give real value to our clients.'
